Challenge
Recruiting software developers that no longer wish to freelance is a tall order. We were asked to create a media campaign that would stand out from other recruitment campaigns, using a medium that is unusual for recruitment.
Solution
We understood the profile of the candidate, knowing they commuted in and out of London, and thus we selected the national rail network as the medium choice. With clever creative from their design team, we knew that only software developers would understand the recruitment campaign. As a result, Holiday Extras saw an uplift to their recruitment.
