Howletts is a well-known animal park that had experienced a decline in its visitor numbers over the last two years.

Solving

We implemented a media strategy to remind visitors of Howletts’ offering. To achieve an increase in visitor numbers we identified how far visitors travelled to the park and the routes they took. We used this information to deliver an integrated campaign, placing prominent OOH advertising at key landmarks and motorway services, as well as a radio campaign, regional and national press.
